Kabal is not unknown place. readers of the history of the Princely state of Swat come across with the name of Kabal in the very begning. According to the founder of swat state, Mian Gul Abdul Wadood Badshah Sahib, he wascoronated in a lush green ground in Kabal in 1915. The place has retained this official touch till present. The impressive well furnished Frontier House attracts V.VIPS from all over the country. The sole golf course of Malakand Division invites the lovers of the game from far and wide. The ever green grassy sports ground is never withoutplayers throught the year, providing healthy entertainment to the local people of the adjoining areas coming here because it is a big trade center of Nikpikhel and Tehsil Headquarter.
Dr. Khan Shaheed Govt. Degree College Kabal has been established in Sept 2006.The college campus is spread over large area. The main building is of two storied which contains administrative office, science laboratories, lecture rooms, library, canteen and computer lab.
