Attendance
There is a proper system of students, compulsory attendance and a proper penal code is also in force to make the students regular and punctual and reform them by times according to the gravity of violations they perpetrate i.e a پرproper system is obliging in the college. Missing a period costs them to the tune of Rs.______ and remaining absent for the whole day will fine them for Rs._____ . The absentee list is given to the clerk and fine is deposited from the guilty student and that is deducted form their security during clearance in case of default.
75% attendance is a must, and remaining absent for six consecutive days will be for rustication of the students from the college. Pre Board exam is taken in the college prior to the Board exam and is aimed at evaluating students performance and obviating the flaws and weaknesses they do in the home exam.
Absence from the home exam leads to his debarment from board exam, and fine is imposed on the defaulting students by the controller of exam and the students and parents are informed accordingly.
