Duty Specification
Under the overall supervision of the Principal of the College, the Coordinator is required to provide support to the principal in smooth running of the BS program by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program. He will also provide educational coordination between the Head of departments, the university and other administrative offices (PMU, Directorate, Secretariat and the HEC).
Terms & Conditions
- Develops a timeline for the semester system in a BS program
- Supports the Principal in preparations for the BS admission process
- Prepare attendance material (both of the students and teachers) and document them for the official purposes
- Assists the Principal in the orientation of the newly admitted students to the BS program
- Coordinates prepare and disseminate BS related activities and schedules with the Principal, faculty members, PMU and the Directorate
- Maintains a systemic file system and program records
- Manages a computerized data system
- Monitors and document evaluation process
- Monitors compliance with the policies communicated from the Directorate, Secretariat, PMU and HEC
- Demonstrates awareness of program goals and objectives
- Utilizes available resources and websites in an efficient way to help enhance the BS program
- Networks with other coordinators, institutes, and organizations to share information and to gain knowledge that would help improve the program
- Monitor the examination process in coordination with the controller of examinations
