Rules And Regulations

  1. Admission will be granted according to the number of seats provided by the provincial department of education.
  2. Admission will be granted purely on merit.
  3. Completed forms must be submitted on or before the closing date, otherwise no consideration will be given to the incomplete and late forms.
  4. Admission will be granted only in the presence of the father / guardian of the candidate. The guardian / father will have to provide documentary proof of the relationship with the candidate.
  5. Admission will not be granted to the “E” grade holders in the last exam or those who are failed in any subject.
  6. The candidates having passed their supplementary exams will not be granted admission during the same year.
  7. Candidates having their names in the merit list, will have to deposit their fees during in given period failing to which, they will lose the right of admission.
  8. The application for admission will be considered only in the stated faculty, the candidate will have no right to be considered in the faculty for which he has not applied.

Age Limit:

  1. Age limit for admission in first year is 19 years and for third year, it is 22 years. Age will be calculated upto the date of result declaration.
  2. Admission form once submitted, will not be returned at any cost.
  3. 5% of the seats is reserved for the sportsman, for which they will have to provide certificates as a proof.
  4. Every candidate and father / guardian will have to submit an undertaking that the candidate will abide by the college rules and will not damage the property of the college. If otherwise, the candidate will be expelled from the college.
  5. The principal has the power to disallow admission to a candidate who is deemed contrary to the interest of the college.
  6. The candidates who have passed their previous exam in the current year, will be given priority.
  7. Following have to be attached with the admission form:
    1. Attest copy of DMC.
    2. Attested copy of the provisional certificate.
    3. Attested copy of the domicile.
    4. Migration certificate.
    5. Character certificate.
    6. 04-passport size photos. One attested and 3 unattested.
    7. Father’s / guardian’s original service certificate (in case of service).
    8. Candidates from KTS will be given priority in admission. Candidates from other area will be granted admission only if suitable candidates are not available in KTS.
    9. Admission can be cancelled on the following grounds:
      1. If a student remains absent for 06-consecutive days without application.
      2. In case of being absent from the exam conducted by the college itself before the annual exam. In this case the student will lose the right of being considered as a regular candidate.
      3. Concealment of facts in the admission form.
      4. Being involved in fights, politics and other unlawful activities in the college.

  1. No student will be allowed to play in the college ground before the 6th period. If indispensable only the college team members will be allowed to play during the study hours.
  2. No irrelevant visitor is allowed in the college. All the visitors will have to approach the principal’s office after having proved their identify at the main gate.
  3. Use of mobile is strictly prohibited inside the college. If a student is caught doing so, he will be fined heavily.
  4. Original documents have to be presented at the time of interview / admission.
  5. Subjects and combinations can be changed within the first month of admission. The subject change committee of the college will see the feasibility and the availability of the teaching staff to allow / disallow any subject change application.
  6. Any misconduct on the part of any student can lead to heavy fine, strike off and expulsion.
  7. If a student damages the college property, he will be levied with three times fine of the original cost.

Note: The candidates are directed to collect the I.D. Card form, library record form, and chief proctor form fill them, and attach unattested photographs with them.
