Introduction

Rules of the admission in the College  All the rules and regulations of admission and examination at this college are framed and implemented under the rules, regulations and guidelines provided by the education department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, BISE Abbottabad, Hazara University and the University of Haripur. These rules will have to be followed in letter and sprit, and all the admission be granted on pure merit.   Affiliation  Govt. Akhtar Nawaz Khan (Shaeed) Degree College is affiliated with BISE Abbottabad at Intermediate level. As for as the degree level is concerned, it remained affiliated with Hazara University since its inception, but after the establishment of University of Haripur, the college is now being affiliated with the said university.  Cancellation of Admission: If a student remains absent from the college for 6 consecutive days, his name will be struck off the college rolls. If a student misbehaves with his fellows or the teaching faculty. In case of breaking the college rules and damaging the college property.   Readmission: Readmission will be allowed only when the parent / guardian of the student is present. An affidavit will have to be filled in and a specific amount will have to be deposited. If a student is struck of twice, it will be deemed permanently struck off. Attendance Rules: 75% of the total number of attendance is a must is every subject, otherwise, the student will lose the right of being a regular student.   Leave Rules: In extremely unavoidable situations the concerned teaching member will grant a one period leave to the student. For more than one period leave, the case will be decided by the chief proctor. For leave, medical certificate will sick have to be produced. In case of leave, the student will be exempted from fine and strike, off leave will not be counted in attendance when 75% attendance will be calculated for the fined exam.   Social work: Social work is imperative for the degree classes. 100% attendance is a must is the social work. Without this, the student will not be granted degree by the university.
