Attendance and leave Rule
I. According to Board and university rules it is compulsory for a student to have 75% attendance to appear in an examination students failing to attain required level of attendance may not be allowed to sit for Board and university Examinations. On Migration, a student is required to bring her previous record of attendance from her previous institution.
ii. While in the college a student is not allowed to miss her classes without any cogent reason.
iii. A student may apply for the leave of from the Principal when it is unavoidable. Such an application must be duly endorsed by the father, Teacher Concemed Chief/Proctor/ Principal Principal Principal Govt Girls Post Graduate College Nawanshehr Abbottabad
guardian of the students.
iv. In case of serious illness leave will be granted after a medical certificate which should have the office stamp of the Doctor recommending the leave and it must be be counter signed by the Medical Superintendent.

vi Absence without proper application for ten consecutive days may result in the cancellation of admission from the college.
