GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Introduction

  • UNIFORM

The college has its own uniform. To maintain discipline in the college, observance of college uniform in obligatory for all the students. Proctorial Board is responsible to make sure that all the students are in proper uniform.

  • UNIFORM FOR:

SUMMER SEASON: White Shalwar Qamees, Black ShoesWINTER SEASON: White Shalwar Qamees, Blue Vest, Blue Blazer Coat

College identity card is issued just after admission and all the students are required to display their college cards when they are in college premises.

  • ATTENDANCE RULES
  1. If a student remains absent for six consecutive days without submitting application, he will be struck off from college roll. Such a student has to take readmission within 7 days of the issuance of struck off notification after depositing Rs.1000/- as Re-admission Fee.
  2. If a student is struck off thrice from college roll then he will be considered as permanent struck off.
  3. To appear in BTE Examination 75% and to appear in University Examination 80% attendance is must.
  • PROHIBITED ACTS
  1. Singing, whistling, shouting slogans, creating noise
  2. Holding gathering or taking out procession or inciting for agitation on political or sectarian grounds.
  3. Inviting persons to address a meeting in the college or setting up a society without prior written permission of College Authority.
  4. Keeping firearms, weapons, narcotics, drugs, alcoholic drinks, etc
  5. Allowing any anti-social element or expelled/rusticated student in the college Hostel.
  6. Damaging College property, wall chalking or placing handbills or posters on the college building.
  7. Unauthorized use of loudspeakers/megaphones
  8. Unauthorized collection of fund, donations from any quarter without prior permission of the college authorities.
  9. Speaking or writing anything discriminatory on the basis of faith, creed, race, place, language or gender.
  10. Carrying Mobile Phones in classes.
  11. Habitually neglecting assignments given by the teachers and remaining absent from classes.
