Education is a dynamic process which evolves society and the individual simultaneously. Without harnessing the vast human resources available to our economic development, the objectives of social development will remain unfulfilled. An effective system of higher education not only serves present needs of the society but also helps to give direction and impetus to the course of human progress. Higher education is the agency’s primary responsibility for extending the frontiers of knowledge for examining and interpreting the ways of man and nature.
