Govt. Tajo Bibi Girls Degree Collge Charsdda.
HISTORY:
District Charsadda is a thick populated area but there was only one girls degree college on the insistance of its residents the govt. sanctioned another female college. Initially this college started with the name of GGDC No.2 Charsadda but later on in 2010 it became Govt. Tajo Bibi Girls Degree College Charsadda. its building started on nowshera road near telephone exchange charsadda, and the classes commeneced in sep 2007 in TTC hostel Rajjar. Rooms were small which were insufficient for students. there was niether gas, nor electricity. No furniture was avilable. The students have to take classes on the floor. there was not a single chair for staff but instead of that they spread knowledge. First time the admission of F.A/F.Sc were done by GGDC No.1 for this College.
with the struggles of P&D director Naseer Khattak in 2010 the college was given a 56 seater bus which resolved students transpost problem.
in early stages there were 250 students admitted but with the grace of Allah its strenth multiflied many times and now 788 . May Allah bless it ever.
