Introduction to the College
Established in 1990, the Government College Takht-Bhai is located at the outskirts of Takht-Bhai and is the only institute for boys at degree level in Tehsil Takht-Bhai. Students from surrounding villages attend the college. The college is spread over an area of 26 acre and providing courses in natural sciences as well as humanities. There are well-equipped laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology where students are exposed to practical knowledge. There is a central library where students can enjoy study of a variety of books on diverse topics along with daily newspapers. The students are exposed to extra-curricular activities like sports, debates competitions, study trips, etc.
