At the time of Interview the following documents/testimonials must be attached with the application form:
i) Provisional Certificate of the last examination passed (in original)
ii) Attested copy of S.S.C Certificate
iii) Attested copy of D.M.C of the last examination passed
iv) Attested copy of character certificate from the head of the institution last attended
v) Attested copy of domicile certificate
vi) Attested copy of the National Identity Card of the applicant's father/guardian
vii) Undertaking on judicial stamp paper of five rupees value, solemnly declaring that the candidate is bound to refrain from any political or other
subversive activity must be provided after the candidate has been awarded admission
viii) Four passport size fresh photographs of the applicant attested by the Head of the institution last attended
ix) Migration Certificate in case of the candidate who has passed his last examination from Board other than B.I.S.E Swat or University other than
