The Kabul River flows gracefully in the northern side of the college.&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt; &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;p style=&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;quot;text-align:justify&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;quot;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;The college was established as an Inter college by the efforts of Mr. Jan Muhammad Khan Khattak, MPA of this area, in 1987 in the name of Khushal Khan Khattak- a great poet, warrior and scholar, and chief of the Khattak tribe of the Pashtuns. Initially, the college was started in an IRDP vacant building. Later on, 25 kanal land adjacent to the said building was purchased and a new building was constructed which was inaugurated by the Health Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of that time Mr. Jan Muhammad Khan Khattak on 21&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;sup&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;st&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;/sup&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;February 1993.Recently, this college has a beautiful playground, principal office, clerical offices, well-equipped Science labs (chemistry, Biology, Physics and Computer), a huge library and spacious examination hall. The college was upgraded to the Degree level in 1999. The college is affiliated with BISE Mardan at the Intermediate level and Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan at the Degree level. A huge and beautiful green lawn with colourful flowers has been set up, in which Prof. saleem Shad of this college has played a pivotal role. The teaching faculty of this college is competent, honest, dedicated and experienced. They not only teach the academic courses to the students but also contribute to the development of their moral and intellectual potentials, thus preparing them for the services of this Pak Land, i.e. Pakistan.&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&lt;/p&gt;</p>
