By shuffling the pages of history the name Akbarpura is named after the Mughal king Akbar, who camped here before going to&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;Afghanistan. &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;Akbarpura is widely known and esteemed for its Sufi shrines including Akhund Panju Baba who enchanted King Akbar. Land of the area is adjacent to the rivers and is eco-friendly featuring the fecund orchids of &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;plum,&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;peach,&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;pear, wheat,&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;maize,&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;sugar cane,&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;vegetables&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;etc. Similarly, Akbarpura and the nearby suburbs are gifted with dynamic, intellectual and prominent educationists who by their worth and abilities served the country. The foundation stone was laid in the year 2012, and the beautiful and charismatic building stood in its full glory in 2013. The year 2015 was labeled as the first educational year. College is located on almost forty six kanal comprises of double storey academic block, administration block, examination hall cum auditorium, canteen, faculty and students&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;rsquo; hostel.
