      Notice for BS Admission 2023-24

Online admission to BS (4 years) Degree Programs for the session 2023-2024 at Govt. Degree College Shabqadar (Charsadda) started from 27/10/2023 to 3/11/2023 whereas, manual application form shall not be available and shall never be accepted, Visit www.admission.hed.gkp.pk for filling the online admission form and other information related admission

• Deposit Rs 100/- rupees through JazCash for each apply, visit the college & note admission schedule                                         
• BS Admission Schedule (23-24):

       Only for BS Chemistry and Physics

• Candidates failing to appear before the admission committee on the notified date & time shall automatically lose the right to admission.
• All candidates are required to deposit Rs.100 through Jazz Cash with due date otherwise application will be not processed by computer system
• At the time of admission to the student and his parent/guardian shall be given an undertaking that the student shall not indulge in politics failing which he shall not be allowed for admission. In case of violation of rules, during his tenure he shall be expelled from the institution without any further notice.
• In case of Quota seats (Sports, Hafiz, Disable, college employee) Certificate proofs must be attached with the documents.
• Students appearing for Hafiz-e-Quran Quota must bring an attested passport size photograph, Original DMC  and his Sanad on the date of interview and Hifaz test will be taken on date of interview
• Students appearing for Sports Quota must bring original Sports Certificate and Sports kit on the date of sports trials.
• The successful candidates shall bring the following original documents as well as attested photocopies on the date of interview for admission at GDC Shabqadar

1.  Matric DMC, Intermediate DMC
2. Character Certificate issued by the learning institution last attended.
3. Domicile Certificate
4. Self / father CNIC/ Form
5. six  photographs with white background
6. Affidavit in light of Supreme Court decision for refraining from politics shall be obtained from the candidates at the time of admission.
7. Printed application form
8. Migration Certificate from concern Board to Bacha  Khan university
