Offline Merit Lists
These are the merit lists prepared by college offline. Offline merit lists means that they are either prepared from the application submitted by the applicants through traditional manual method (not by the online admission system) or from both, online and offline submitted applications combine. College prepare these merit list offline and then upload it through their college CMS.
