Introduction:- 

This college was established in 2004 with the name of FEF Degree College for Girls Paharpur, D.I.Khan. The FEF Degree College for Girls Paharpur has been taken over by the Higher Education Government of KPK with effect from 1^st July, 2016. Now the said college named as GOVERNAMENT GIRLS DEGREE COLLEGE PAHARPUR, D.I.KHAN. This is the first ever Government College for Girls in the history of Paharpur. It offers admissions on merit basis. It is providing quality education through qualified teachers under a secure environment. It is the efforts and the guidance of the staff that the students have always been the source of a good reputation of the college.
