Government College of Management Sciences Balakot is one of the commerce institutions in the district Mansehra, rendering its educational services since 2010.In 2010, the GCMS Balakot had initially put the first step as Commerce College that functioned in a rented building, but now Alhamdulillah the college has its own building with all facilities required for any academic institution. The college operates on mission: to train students to develop their skills to think cogently; to act rationally; to express themselves coherently; to work diligently and to function compassionately in all avenues of life as they strive to build a cohesive, proud and sovereign nation.
