Required Documents on the time of Interview for F.A/F.Sc :-

Bring following documents to the college at the time of interview along with photocopies. 

• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
• Student’s CNIC or Form B
• Domicile & Character Certificate
• DMC of last exam passed (
• Father's CNIC & Mother’s CNIC
• Four passport size pictures (White Background)
• Online application form in hard copy
• Sports Certificate (for sports quota)
• Disability Certificate (for disable quota)
• Residence Certificate (In case required according to quota)
• Parent's employment Certificate from HED ( for HED employees Only)
• Migration Certificate

• For Inter  (in case of Federal Board and boards other than Mardan)
• Stamp paper from court for admitting that she had not taken admission in any other college (Affidavit)
• Afghan (Approval of Documents from afghan commissioner )
