Online applications are invited for admission in F.A/F.Sc (First Year) for the current academic session 2018-19. Application form is available on Website www.admission.hed.gkp.pk/college.php?college_id=40.  Last date for apply online is 16-07-2018. No Online/Offline access will be available after last Date.

The following points should be observed while filling the form.

1. Separate form should be submitted for each faculty/Quota .
2. Quota must be mentioned
3. After completing the application form a token No will be generated, then deposit Rs. 100/- against this token No in any jazcash shop, else application form will not be processed.

The following testimonials must be attached with the form at the time of interview.

1. Matric DMC
2. Character certificate
3. Domicile certificate
4. Two coloured passport sized photographs.  
5. Self /father/ Guardian copy of CNIC /form –B
6. Judicial Affidavit as per specimen
7. Migration certificate ( Students who have passed their SSC from board other than SWAT)
8. Those students who have passed SSC before supply 2017 must submit Board NOC and duration certificate.

          Note: Admission fee must be submitted at the time of interview.
