GGDC SHEIKH MALTOON MARDAN
Checklist for Admission
At the time of admission, bring two sets of attested photocopies of the following documents:
1. Online Printed Admission Form (Verified)
2. Matric/SSC DMC
3. Character Certificate
4. Student CNIC or Form B
5. Father/Mother CNIC
6. Domicile
7. Three recent passport-sized colored photos with a white background, attested on the back
8. Two Undertakings: (i) Non-Involvement in Politics (ii) Attendance Regularity (1 Original, 1 Photocopy)
9. If a student has appeared in the previous one or two years, she must bring an Affidavit.
10. Sports Certificate (If applied on Sports Quota)
11. Disability Certificate (If applied against Disability Quota)
12. Board to Board Migration Certificate, in case of SSC passed other than BISE Mardan.
NOTE: We do not accept any admission form with document deficiencies or missing pictures.
All the original documents must be brought at the time of the interview/admission for verification.
All the above-mentioned conditions must be followed by the student, otherwise, they will not be eligible for admission.
