STAFF COMMITTEES
In order to carry out various programs / to guide to students and also to pave way towards character/intellect buildup of the students the following staff committees function in the college.
Student’s welfare committee/Financial Aid committee
The students welfare commitee helps the needys students in form of (1) Financial Aid (2) Books/Uniform Provision.
There is a bank consisting of old text books.These books are mainly provided by the old students to the college library. A separate register is maintained for these books and these books are given to the desirving students for the session.Contribution of text books, after the expiry of examination by the student is highly appreciated
PROCTORIAL BOARD
Proctorial board keeps a vigilant eye on the general attitude/behaviour of the students and helps in the maintenance of discipline. They have to perform the under mentioned duties:
(a) To make sure that discipline is properly maintained.
(b) To be present in the college during functions, Board/University examinations,
sports and other competitions.
(c) To ensure that the students are in proper uniform and represent the college in an appropriate manner in all functions and at all occasions.
(d) They are required to check the students who are
i) Bringing mobile phone, camera or any digital appliances.
The Principal, in consultation with the college council, may rusticate a student or revoke his privileges if found guilty of gross misconduct, misbehaviour, inefficiency or any irregularity.
COLLEGE COUNCIL
The college council is a supreme body headed by the Principal and comprising the following members.
1- Senior Staff Members.
2- Controller of Exams.
3-Chief Proctor.
Resposibilities of the college council: 1. To formulate policies regarding college matters.
2. To decide cases of gross misconduct
3. To finalize decisions of the discipline committee.
HOME EXAMINATION COMMITEE
For the academic excellence, the college is bounded to hold monthly test, pre-board/ pre-university exams. Appearing in these exams is must. In case, student remains absent or gets failed, will be fined.
