Leave Rules
1. A written application should be sent by the student or her parents/guardians in time reporting her illness/reason of absence.
2. sick leaves for seven days will be sancation only by provision of a medical certificate.
3. Any kind of leave other than sick leave exceeding three day shall be granted when the application is attested by the parents/ guardian in case of a dayscholar and by warden in case of boarder.
4. All kinds of leave up to three days may be granted by the tutor concern. And more then three days by the principal.
5. All kind of leaves except sick leave and in case of demise of near relative the student should proceed on leave and the leave has sancatined, otherwise the eill be treated as absent without leave and continues seven days absent will lead to the struck off of her name from the college roll.
6. After being struck off the student is required to get readmission within fiifteen (15) days.
7. In all cases leave taken will be at students own risk, so far as persentage of attendance is concern medical certificate shall not consider the deficiency in attendance.
