Introduction

The College will take strict disciplinary action against the violation of the following rules.

• A student must attend 75%of the total lectures delivered during the session. Otherwise her examination form will not be send to Board or university.
• Under no circumstances a student is allowed to miss a class when she is present in the college and will be fined for it. However a habitual bunker will be expelled from the college after two warnings.
• Mobile phones, Camera, Photo Album, and Earphones are not permitted, otherwise they would be confiscated on fine Rs. 500/-.
• In case of illness and unavoidable circumstances a student must get her leave sanctioned on provision of medical certificate.
• A Student remaining absent for ten (10) continuous days without prior leave sanctioned from the Principal will be struck off from the college roll.
• No Student will allowed to leave the college before closing time. In case of emergency, only parents or guardian (mentioned on admission form) will be allowed to take the student home on provision of their NIC.
• Day Scholars are not allowed to meet and carry any guest during college hours
• Chief proctor can change the amount of fine on disciplinary action.

FINE

The Students will be fined in the following rate on the violation of college rules and regulations.

• For remaining absent without application Rs. 5/- per day
• For missing a period Rs. 5/- per period
• For missing practical class Rs. 5/- per class
• For late comers Rs. 10/- per day
• For missing social work Rs. 5/- per day
• For keeping library book alter due date Rs. 10/- per day
• Irregularity in uniform Rs. 10/- per day

All other fines for violation of disciplinary rules will be decided by the discipline committee.
