History
Government College Havelian was established in July 2001 initially in the building of Govt: High School No. 2 Havelian. Its total area is consisted on 5 Kanals which is quite insufficient to fulfill the needs of the large number of students. However it is successfully functioning in the available limited resources for the period of more than a decade.
The college is affiliated to the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Abbottabad and AUST. The college aims not only at imparting quality education but also at the development of a student’s over all personality by augmenting his creative and critical faculties. The management considers it a primary duty to produce students equipped with necessary knowledge to understand their environment and posses qualities of leadership and patriotism besides being good Muslims.
