Introduction

Begin with the name of the Lord who taught human beings through pen. The first-ever divine message of Islam is to read and seek know ledge. Readers have always been the leaders. Teachers must treat the students like their own kids and vice versa. Three things playa vital role in the life of a student; the institution, the teacher and the book. Respect of a" these three is mandatory for the students, if they want real success. Teachers are spiritual fathers and must be respected accordingly. Teachers are copied both inside and outsidethe class, so they must present themselves as a Model. Their life should be the guiding star for the students. The teachers should follow all the college rules and regulations mentioned in prospectus, so as to inculcate spirit of discipline and respect for law in the students. College is a source of earning and livelihood for the teachers; it should be dealt and respected like their own homes in true sense. As we know' that it is a backward area, it needs spiritual elevation, academic uplift and overall rise in every aspect of life.

We, as educationists should leave no stone unturned to enhance its status and prestige. In short, we
should meet the expectations of the public in this regard. The students should be the perfect example of the word, discipline. Without discipline, the word success has become a hollow dream. A" those nations who have excelled in the world, they aredisciplined to the core. They are not formulating the rules just for breaking it. Rule of law is the soul of their national lives. I expect sound sense of ethics and respect to the rules of the college from our students. For purposeful education, strong and effective co-ordination is must among the teachers,students and their parents. The parents are advised to remain in contact with college administration on monthly basis. We will make every arrangement to make the public satisfied. However, their negative interruption is neither advisable,nor bearable in college affairs. Prospectus is a guideline and must be followed in letter and spirit.

At the end, I would request all components of the college to make this institution an exemplary andphenomenal one. May Allah fulfill all our desires and expectations, make this college a source of inspiration and seat of learning and know ledgo. (Ameen)
