GDC, Ghazni Khel (Lakki Marwat)
Government Degree College Ghazni Khel Lakki Marwat is situated on Bannu/D.I.Khan road near the Ghazni khel Bus stop in the west side of the road. This college is one of the oldest Educational Institutions in the Province of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Pakistan, which caters to the educational needs of the area for the thirty seven years. This college was established in 1975. Initially established as Intermediate College it was temporarily housed in the building of Boys High School Ghazni khel. The first academic session of the classes was started under the supervision of Professor Nazeer Ashq. The total area of the college is 160 kanals. In which main building, college hall, boy’s hostel, staff hostel, BSc Block, Admin Block, college Mosque and a beautiful botanical Garden are situated.
Professor Nazeer Ashq was appointed its first Principal. In 1988, The College was upgraded to Degree level. In 2004, the main science block was established. The college Admin Block was established in 2007 and all the college offices were shifted to this block.
