In july , 1995, the college ( only degree level) for female students started in a rented building adjacent to WENSAM College. In the beginning students had to face different problems like the remoteness of the building , scarcity of teaching staff, insufficient building etc. Then the college was shifted to another official building near Judical courts on april, 1998. Now the students are getting education at FA/FSc as well as BA/BSc levels in this college. In 2009-10 provincial Government allocated an area of 54 kanals, adjacent to Central Jail, for this college. The building was handed over to the college on September 2011. Morever in 2011, this college has also the credit of starting BS(Honours) program in Pak studies whose very first badge has completed its graduation successfully.
