Introduction

8th October 2005 no doubt wrecked havoc in the beautiful northern of Pakistan but it provided an opportunity for the rest of humanity to demonstrate its compassion for the victims of this calamity. From among many International Humanitarian organizations KOICA (Korean Organization for International Cooperation Agency) focused its attention on the construction and establishment of an
Information Technology Department at the Government College of Management Sciences Mansehra. The Building of this college had collapsed during the earthquake and the Institution was being run in tents.
The college and the residents of the area are thankful to KOICA for providing state of the art facilities including (Building, Computer Labs, Library, Buses and Furniture) and a conducive working environment.
