Introduction

Three new state-of-the art computer labs have been installed in IT Block with the help of Government of Republic of South Korea. Each lab include over 45 new computers with: Intel P-4, 3.0 GHz CPUs 1GB of memory new peripherals including DVD-RAM drives. The labs are connected on a 100 MB/sec network. Each computer has a new 17" LCD monitor, which provides a much improved user interface, as well as greater energy savings and lower radiation. These LCDs are brighter than the old CRT monitors they replaced. Their smaller size allows the labs to accommodate more students."Our students very much appreciate this upgrade.
