Introduction

Govt College of Management Science Thana has been one of the best known (leading) institute since its inception (establishment). It has been playing the role of a significant tributary, providing skilled, qualified and well equipped personnel to both public and private sector institutions.

To develop the students vision and inculcate literary taste in them, with the purpose to making them useful citizens of the country, the institution has been arranging Bazm-e-Adab programs such as debate and speech competitions, skits, tableaus, Naats., Anchoring, poetry and drama from time to time.

Sports:

Among the purposes of education includes the physical and mental growth and development of faculties of the students. The role of sports cannot be denied in this regard as we tolerance are physical grooming a sense of discipline and tolerance are ensured through sports. Owing to this the college encourages student’s participation in almost all available sports, including volley ball, cricket, badminton, football, tug of war and so on. Besides this Director Physical Education (DPE) prepares the students for all these games and organizes sports events and galas.
