Introduction

Campus:

Govt. postgraduate College Karak is spread over an area of 200 Kanals. The College has a comprehensive academic block divided in three different portions.

Laboratory:

The college has adequate, well equipped science laboratories to meet the student requirements. A modern Language Laboratory has also been established in the college for polishing the students various skills.

Library:

The college has a well established library consisting of two portions i.e A lending portion for students and reference portion for teachers. The library is well furnished and offers a large collection of books to meet the teachers and students requirements. The number of books is added every year so as to meet the need of the students. The college administration has provided its students with a comfortable, spacious and peaceful environment in its library.

Hostel:

Hostel facilities (only for boys) are available within the college premises for student hailing from far flung areas.

It has a staff hostel for the teachers who want to reside on the college campus.

Mosque:

There is a spacious mosque in the college having the capacity of more than 1500 nimazees.

Playgrounds:

The College has a number of playgrounds used for playing various games during the sports period.

Staff:

The college is headed by a professor (BPS-20) as principal assisted by a vice principal (BPS-20)

The College has well qualified, experienced and devoted teaching staff.
