do hereby solemnly undertake
- that I will attend my classes regularly and I will never remain absent from the college without reasonable grounds justified and supported by documentary proof of the same. In case of genuine reason, prior permission will be sought for from the college administration which has the right to entertain or regret the request, for the period of time permissible under rules, after scrutinizing the documentary proof provided by me.
- that I may be struck off from the college roll straightaway if I remain absent from the college continuously for one week without permission and information to the college administration. No excuse and reasoning whatsoever in this regard will be entertained.
- that I will cover up the shortage of attendance occurred in the initial part of the session and in no case will I be allowed to appear in annual examination as regular college candidate if my attendance falls short of 75% in the session
- that I will not claim any maternity and marriage leave as there is no such provision admissible under rules
- that I will accept the decision of the college administration without looking for any favor in this regard
