Tutorial Groups
For developing and enhancing the writing and oral communication skills of students the college has created a tutorial system in which students are divided into small groups, who are leaded by a tutor (professor of college). In this system students receive guidance in academic or personal matters from tutors. Tutor guides his students in curriculum and co-curricular activities. The tutor of college is also assisted by the parents if required. Tutor remains in touch with parents of students in solving their problems.
Tutor is responsible for keeping complete record of students and he conducts a tutorial session or period for this purpose once in week. The attendance is considered mandatory in this period. This class or period is also known as Guidance period. In case of leave the application is also signed by the tutor of college. Supervision and counselling is also done by tutor of the college.
