Introduction

Following are the rules and regulation for admission

1. Admission to 1st and 3rd year classes will commence after 10 days of the declaration of Matriculation/Intermediate result.

Admission will remain open as per schedule of BISE Abbottabad.

Following Documents Must be attached to the admission Form

a. Provisional Certificate

b. Character Certificate

c. Detailed Mark sheet (Issued by Board)

d. Migration Certificate (In case of concerned Board those applicants who may have passed the relevant examination from other than Abbottabad Board

e. Undertaking (that the candidate will not indulge in politics)

4. All admissions are on merit only 95% of the seats in each faculty shall be filled on the basis of merit 5% sports seats are subject to trials.

5. Candidates who are Hafiz-e-Quran are granted 20 Marks in addition to their original Marks.

6. Admission to 3rd year class in allowed only to those who have obtained at least C Grade Subject to the availabilly of seats

7. The Principal is empowered to keep 10% seats vacant for 15 days after the due date of admission for out standing students who may have for any reason beyond their control not appeared before the admission and selection Board with in the specified time.

8. 3rd years applicant will have to choose subjects they have studied at inter mediate level. New subject B.A level are allowed only if the student has at least 50% marks is English since the medium of instruction is English at Degree level.

9. Students who have passed F.A (Humanities) are not eligible for admission in B.Sc nor can they select. Maths-B, Statistics, Computer Science and Physics, First year applicants desiring to take science must have passed the relevant subject along with Mathematics.

10. The students with compartment or with “E” Grade are not eligible for admission.

11. Those passing supplementary exams are not eligible for admission to 1st year and 3rd year during the same academic year or session 12. If a student applies for admission a year or more late then she shall produce an affidavit confirming that she is taking admission in a college for the first time.

13. Age limit for the admission to 1st year in 19 year and 3rd year is 22 year Relaxation

14. Students from other District will not be admitted in this colege except for stu dents obtaining A 1 Grade.

15. Students of Nawansher will be given preference and priority over the other applicants.

16. If a student fails in Board or University Examination she will not be admitted to the same class again.

17. For admission to the class applied for it is necessary that the applicant present her self before the college admission committee/principal along with original documents for interview/ test with out it none shall be admitted. 12

18. Migration is admissible in case where father/Guardian are Iransferred in Abbottabad. Admission is subject to the availability of seats and such migration is to have prior approval of the Director of Higher Education.

19. Charge of subject by students is allowed within thirty (30) days of the date of admission. Change of faculty i.e Science to Arts or vice versa is not allowed.

20. Admission will be cancelled if a Student

a. Gives any worng information wilfully in the application.

b. Does not join college within seven days from the commencement of the academic session.

c. Is absent from the college for 10-consecutive days without the permission of the Principal.
