Candidates have to appear in the interview with print out of the admission form, admission fee, along with the following documents:

1. All original Documents

2. 6 Pictures with White Background

3. Attested Photocopy of Matric DMC

4. Attested Photocopy of Matric Certificate

5. Attested Photocopy of Character Certificate

6. Attested Photocopy of Domicile

7. Attested Photocopy of Self CNIC/ Form B and Father CNIC

8. Original Affidavit attested by Oath Commissioner

9. Certificate for any Quota (Sports/ Hifz Quran/ College Employee, Disable)

10. Original Migration Certificate in case if Matric passed from other than Malakand Board

NOTE: 1. Candidates failing to appear before the admission committee on the notified dates shall automatically lose the right to admission.

2. Information provided in the application form will be scrutinized by the Admission Committee. The Competent Authority shall have the right to cancel the admission of the candidate if found any tampering, forgery, or any other unethical means is used by the candidate.

3. Faculty change is not possible.

4. Failed in one or more subjects or E (40 %) grade in SSC are not eligible for Inter Level Admission.
