  10. Attested Photocopy of Father CNIC
  11. Original Affidavit/College Bond
  12. Affidavit for Inter Science Students to the effect that they will not apply for Subject Change after taking Admission in Inter Science.
  13. Certificate for any Quota (Sports/Hafiz Quran/College Employee, Disable)
  14. Original Migration Certificate in case if Matric is passed from other than Peshawar Board
  15. Admission Fee
