Instruction:

The following documents must be provided  by the candidate on the day of admission.

1. At the time of admission every candidate should bring the original documents along with online computerized Form/Receipt as well as a set of attested copies of documents and six passport sized photographs.
2. Admitted students will need to provide an affidavit on judicial stamp paper for non-involvement in political activities.
3. Candidate must also provide quota eligibility certificate in case candidate applies for a specific quota notified by the government (sports, hafiz e Quran, disable, education employee, and Afghan quota etc.).
4. Candidates appeared from other than BISE Kohat in their matriculation exam, on the day of admission must bring verified Matric DMC and migration certificate from their concerned previous boards.
