2. Form B copy or student nic copy / CRC Certificate issued by Nadra
3. Father’s National ID Card (1 copy) and Mother's National ID Card (1 Copy)
4. Detailed Marks Certificate of SSC (Matriculation) Examination ( 3 copies)
5. Passport size photographs with blue background (4 photographs)
6. Provisional & Character Certificate (1 copy)
7. Domicile Certificate (1 copy)
8. Migration Certificate if last exam passed from other Board than BISE Abbottabad.
9. Documents proving eligibility for quota seats (if applied for quota seats)
10. Affidavit/Undertaking on plain page
