4. Detailed Marks Certificate of SSC (Matriculation) Examination ( 1 copies)

5. Detailed Marks Certificate of HSSC (FA/FSC) Examination ( 3 copies)
6. Passport size photographs with white background ( 6 photographs)
7.  Character Certificate (1 copy)
8. Domicile Certificate (1 copy)
9. Original Migration Certificate Board to Hazara University
10. Documents proving eligibility for quota seats (if applied for quota seats)
11. Affidavit/Undertaking (on plain paper )
