Instruction:

Candidates have to appear in interview with print out of admission from, admission fee and the following documents.

1. All original documents
2. 3 Pictures with white background
3. Attested photocopy of Matric DMC, Certificate, and Character Certificate
4. Attested photocopy of Domicile, self CNIC / From B and father CNIC
5. Original Affidavit
6. Certificate for any Quota (Sports/ Hifz Quran / College Employee, Disable)
7. Original Migration Certificate in case of Matric is passed from other than Peshawar Board

1. IN CASE OF JURISDICTIONAL AREA, a candidate shall be defined as belonging to the jurisdictional area of the college if he:

1. Is domiciled of the college jurisdictional area of the district,
2. Is child/ spouse of an employee of the federal or provincial GOVT. serving in the jurisdictional area of the college.
3. Has passed the last exam from a feeding school situated in the jurisdictional area of the college.

1. Information provided in the application form will be scrutinized by the admission committee. The competed authority shall have the right to cancel the admission of the candidate of found any tempering, forgery or any other un-ethical means used by the candidate
