TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SELECTED CANDIDATES.

1. Candidates failing to appear before the admission committee on notified date & time shall automatically lose the right to admission.
2. Selected Candidates must bring all original documents & a hard copy of Admission form alongwith the following, i.e.

• Attested photocopies of each document
• Domicile
• CNIC/Form-B and Father CNIC
• 4 passport size photographs with white background 
• SSC DMC / HSSC DMC
•  Character Certificate

1. Migration Certificate other than BISE Peshawar must be submitted at the time of interview.
2. In case of Sports/Disable Quota seats (Sports/Disable) Certificates (proofs) must provided at the time interview.
3. Candidates applied on Education Employees Quota must attached Parent last Pay slip & CNIC copy with admission form in case parent belongings to Higher Education Department KP.
4. Admission Fee must be submitted at the time of interview
5.   Information provided in the application form will be scrutinized by the Admission Committee. The competent Authority shall have the right to cancel the admission of the candidate if found any tempering, forgery or any other un-ethical means used by the candidate.
