2. Candidates are directed to bring their original documents along ONE set of attested photocopies of:
a. SSC/HSSC DMCs/Certificates, Character Certificates, Domicile, CNIC/Form-B and Father/Guardian CNIC
b. Original Jazz cash receipt
c. Print out of Online Registration Form dully filled by the Student.
d. 01 no: Passport size picture with white background.
e. Certificate for any quota (Sports/Hafiz-e-Quran/College Employee/Disable)
3. Candidates failing to appear before the admission committee on the notified date & time shall automatically lose the right to admission.
4. Migration Certificate other than BISE DIK must be submitted at the time of interview or within ONE WEEK of the admission otherwise college reserve the right to cancel her admission.
