  3. Attested photocopy of Domicile, self CNIC / Form B and father CNIC
  4. Original Affidavit
  5. Certificate for any Quota (Sports/ Hifz Quran / College Employee, Disable)
  6. Original Migration Certificate in case of Matric is passed from other than BiSE Mardan.
