 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION                 2nd Shift (6th merit list)

All the candidates who fall in the above merit lists are informed to bring the following original educational certificates and their attested photocopies, along with the online verified printed admission form, to the concerned admission committee setting at IT Block Department of Computer Science Wadudia Hall Saidu Sharif Swat in the College during office hours. After appearing admission committee the candidate should submit admission fee of RS.17600/-( For Pre-Medical and Pre Engineering), and RS.18600/-(for Computer Science)   in Khyber bank near Swat sareena hotel Saidu Sharif Swat.

• Online admission form (Verified) ,Two number of photographs with white background.
• Certificate of any Quota i.e. Hafiz Quran, College Employee and Disable (If applicable)
• The candidates who registered in previous years are not eligible for fresh admission.
• Original Migration Certificate for the candidate who have passed their metric from other Boards.
• Attested Copies of SSC DMC, Character Certificate, Domicile, CNIC/Form B and Father CNIC.
• Applications not submitted by the due date and pending applications have not considered for admission.
• Students who have passed SSC (Annual-II) examination before 2024 will have to provide NOC and Duration Certificate.
• No electronic message will be sent to any student for selection in merit list but all merit lists will be posted on HED website www.admission.hed.gkp.pk or college Notice Board and its official website www.jc.edu.pk on fixed dates according to the pre launched college schedule.
