Instruction:

The candidates in the list have PROVISIONALLY been selected for admission to Ist Year 2023 in their respective faculties purely on merit basis. They are directed to appear before the Admission Committee along with their original documents(DMCs, Provisional, Character and Domicile certificates, Self or Father’s CNIC, 03 Nos. passport size self photographs with white background etc.) during college hours and get their college Admission Fee deposited and complete other formalities by 20/09/2023, 1:00 PM at the latest, otherwise their admission will be treated as cancelled and candidate(s) next to them in the waiting list will be given admission instead.

In addition to above the following documents in original will also be required where applicable.

Certificate from BISE Swat(For the candidate who has passed her SSC or equivalent Exam. before Supply 2021 stating that she is not already registered with the Board) OR an AFFIDAVIT has to be submitted that she is not admitted elsewhere and it is for the first time she is availing the opportunity of admission .

1. Migration Certificate(For the candidate who has passed her SSC or equivalent Exam from Board other than BISE Swat)
2. Pay Slip/Pay Roll/Disable/Sports/College Employee’s certificate on the basis of which the candidate has applied.

Note:  The selected candidates are directed to visit Govt Girls Degree College Saidusharif no2, Swat getting their admission formalities completed.
