5. Attested Copy of DMC/Certificate,Character Certificate, Domicile, CNIC/Form-B and Father CNIC.
6. Certificate for any quota (Sports/Hafiz-e-Quran/College Employee/Disable/ Parent/Spouse Service).
Note:
Hafiz-e-Quran marks will be awarded after passing the Hifz Test.
As per Letter No. 12902/DHE/BS/RecordNoteFile, dated 26/08/2025, Passing the Screening Entry Test with at least 35% marks is mandatory for admission in BS Computer Science, BS English, BS Political Science, and BS Zoology.
