3. Character Certificate (From last attended institute)

4. Students' Form-B/CNIC and Father CNIC

5. Certificate of any quota applicable (Sports/Hafiz e Quraan/College Employee/Disable)

          6. Fee for admission to the desired program of study

          7. A File Cover to hold all the above-mentioned documents
