  • Hafiz Quran Certificate (for Hafiz Quran candidates)
  • Sport's certificate (for sport's quota)
  • Disability certificate  (for disable quota)
  • Residence certificate (in case required according to quota)
  • Parent's employment certificate from HED (for HED employees only)
  • Migration certificate
