Instructions for Interview
The candidates must bring following original documents to the college at the time of interview along with two complete sets of attested photocopies.
- Online application form in hard form.
- Domicile
- DMC of last exam passed.( 4 copies)
- Character Certificate
- Father CNIC & Mother CNIC
- Five passport size picture (5)
- Sports certificate (for sports quota)
- Disability certificate (for special person quota)
- Parent’s employment certificate from HED (for HED employees only)
- Migration certificate
- Afghan (approval of documents from afghan commissioner)
IMPORTANT NOTE
- The candidates displayed in the merit list must appear to the interview for the confirmation of her admission within due dates of the interview. No late admission will be entertained according to the admission policy by HED.
- The candidate who already admitted in any of the BS discipline can change her discipline till 3rd Merit list (if shortlisted in her desired program). After deadline of 3rd merit list she would not be allowed to change her BS discipline even if she is shortlisted in the upcoming merit lists.
- The candidate who will not return admission paid fee voucher within the prescribed time, her admission will not be confirmed and the seat would be cancelled. Moreover that seat would be considered for the next merit list.
