                The candidates must bring following original documents to the college at the time of interview along with two complete sets of attested photocopies.

 

• Online application form in hard form.
• Domicile
• DMC of last exam passed.( 4 copies)
• Character Certificate
• Father CNIC & Mother CNIC
• Five  passport size picture (5)
• Sports certificate (for sports quota)
• Disability certificate (for disable quota)
• Residence certificate
• Parents employment certificate from HED (for HED employees only)
• Migration certificate
• Stamp paper from court for admitting that she had not taken admission in any other college ( Affidavit)
• Afghan (approval of documents from afghan commissioner)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. The candidate who missed her interview dates would not be considered for admission after due date.
